Group Courses
Autumn 2026
All group courses comprise 10 hours of targeted 11+ ISEB Common Pre-Test prep taught by Sebastian in small groups of up to 5 children.
Group courses (Autumn 2026) - starting w/c 21st September 2026
Y4 English + VR
Thursdays 5-6pm
A gentle introduction to main 11+ topic areas focusing mostly on comprehension technique and some spelling, punctuation and grammar questions. Children will also get exposure to typical VR questions.
Y4 Maths + NVR
Saturdays 2-3pm
A gentle introduction to the big topics of 11+ syllabus including arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division), worded problems and fractions. Children will also get exposure to typical NVR questions
Y5 English + VR
Saturdays 3-4pm (SOLD OUT)
We will focus on 11+ comprehension technique: finding evidence, inference questions and vocabulary questions. We will look at punctuation rules and a variety of methods for answering VR questions at speed.
Y5 Maths + NVR
Thursdays 6-7pm
We will focus on the main areas of the 11+ syllabus, looking at fractions, decimals and percentages. We will also look at measures and data and how to answer worded questions. For NVR we will look at quick methods for answering questions.
Y6 English + VR
Wednesdays 6-7pm
The first half will focus on computerised, adaptive questions such as on the ISEB Pre-Test and the second half of the course will focus on written responses (point evidence explanation) for school-specific English papers.
Y6 Maths + NVR
Saturdays 4-5pm
The first half will focus on computerised, adaptive questions such as on the ISEB Pre-Test and the second half of the course will focus on written school-specific 11+ papers including how to answer multi-step worded problems.

More information
Each course lasts 10 weeks, starting w/c 21st September with a 1 week break in between during half term (w/c 26 October). The courses are taught online via zoom and the zoom whiteboard and targeted homework will be set after each lesson on your child's Atom account. At the end of the course, you will receive a short progress report.
Each course is £700 and there is a discount of 10% for each second course booked and then a 15% discount for each subsequent course. Sign ups are limited as each course is capped at 5 children.
